20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in an excellent position.
The bathrooms are quite small.

Location is fantastic as it's located very close to town without the city centre price tag. Staff were all excellent and Claire Loughlin was extremely helpful throughout our stay

I had very pleasant days staying at this cheap hotel. The staff were both well-mannered and pleasant. You could leave a car onsite. I enjoyed handy and easy location and the excellent service of the team. It was across the nice area.

There did not appear to be enough staff to cope with the number of people staying at the hotel. There was quite a wait to check-in, and a longer wait to have breakfast. The staff were very friendly and were doing their best to cope, but an extra person would have made a lot of difference

location of hotel in relation to racecourse (purpose of our trip - race meeting). Rooms clean and comfortable although externally the hotel could do with "sprucing up". Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable with springs poking.

We thought the hotel was good value for money. We had a very good evening meal and the English breakfast was excellent value for money. We were very well looked after by a young lady who I believe to be Polish. I can't remember her name. She was very polite and attentive.

The staff were really helpful.
Insufficient plugs in the room. Had to unplug the tv so I could roller brush my hair. Also beds were too soft for us. Continental breakfast - first day -no croisants, no grapefruit or orange segments. Opted for a cooked breakfast - very poor small portion, not impressed at all. Second day -still no grapefruit or orange segments. One of the staff had ordered croissants for me,which was kind -but there was no brown bread to toast. All in all a shambles by whoever orders the stock. Didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as was little choice nad too expensive.

I thought the 2 ladies on reception Sat and Sun were excellent. The continental breakfast was excellent. When reccommended by friends I was warned breakfast was dried up and awful. They came midweek. Sunday breakfast served by that lady were perfect. Suggest you get the midweek staff to do the same.
The room was very clean but needs to be redecorated.

Clean bedding and towels. Quick access to nearby leisure activities at the dome and racecourse.
Room felt a bit cramped with twin beds that were snug. Shower had some issues, and the TV signal cut out unexpectedly. The reception area seemed a touch outdated, which might bother some. It felt a bit overpriced considering the state of the facilities.

I must admit the best part of my stay was the great reception i received from all the staff. I was in Doncaster for the football and really enjoyed my short stay. I would come here again.
